The Southwest Riverside County Chapter of CAMFT (
SWRC-CAMFT) is a chartered, local chapter of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists, an independent professional organization representing licensed marriage and family therapists' interests.
It is dedicated to advancing the profession as an art and a science, maintaining high standards of professional ethics, upholding the profession's qualifications, and expanding the recognition and awareness of the profession.
The
SWRC-CAMFT, established in December 2008 and chartered by CAMFT in March 2009, is dedicated to maintaining the high ethical standards and skills within our membership while serving the mental health needs of our community through networking, professional development, and community involvement.
Members of
SWRC-CAMFT include Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, Associate Members, Licensed Associate Health Care Professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mediators, attorneys, financial planners), Marriage & Family Therapy Registered Interns and Students.
The
SWRC-CAMFT provides its members with the opportunity to network during the monthly meetings.
SWRC-CAMFT is approved to provide continuing education credits for professional development, training, and seminars consistent with the practice of Marriage & Family Therapy. Membership includes listing on the
SWRC-CAMFT website.
